Piruhi; It is a dough dish made from flour, eggs, tulum cheese, butter, broth and walnuts. Pirohi, piruhi and pirushki are words of Russian origin. It is a kind of manti. It takes place in Ottoman cuisine.

In Kayseri, the onion and cheese filling is prepared, and after the classic manti-sized dough is filled with this triangle-shaped filling, it is first either fried in a pan with a little oil or put in the oven.
